How long does it take for my order to ship?

What is your return policy for skate decks?
We accept returns on un-skated decks in their original shrink wrap within 30 days of purchase. Once a board has been gripped or assembled, it cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Are your decks made of 100% North American Maple?
Absolutely. All Welcome Skateboards decks are constructed from 7-ply North American Maple to ensure maximum pop and durability.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
