At Welcome Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in their original, unmounted condition with tags attached; skate decks must still be in shrink wrap and apparel must be unwashed.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal to your package.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware or apparel, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
